Colombo Additional Magistrate Pasan Amarasinghe yesterday (02) issued notices to three persons including Ven. Galaboda Aththe Gnanasara Thera to appear before the court on October 19 to state the facts of a dispute regarding the ownership of a house in a Bambalapitiya housing complex.
Considering a personal complaint, the Magistrate issued the following notice to the respondents, Ven. Galaboda Aththe Gnanasara Thera, Ven. Dayaseela Thera and Sylvester, the committee chairman of the concerned housing complex.
Lawyer Sandya Talduwa filed this personal complaint before the Court and the magistrate issued this order after considering the facts presented by her. Inoka Chandima Senanayake, a resident of 36/5/1, Shrubbery Gardens, Bambalapitiya, had filed this petition. The petition states that the respondents are not allowing her to enter this property legally assigned to her by her aunt residing in the US.
